Full Flexible Body

以波纹管为核心驱动/支撑结构,无传统工业机械臂的刚性电机关节、减速器,本体可实现连续、平滑的弯曲变形,而非分段式硬关节转动。

With bellows as the core drive/support structure, no rigid motor joints or reducers of traditional industrial robotic arms, the body can achieve continuous, smooth bending deformation instead of segmented hard joint rotation.

超高自由度

Ultra High Degrees of Freedom

单节波纹管可实现小角度多方向的弯曲 + 1 个方向的伸缩,多节串联后可轻松实现6 + 自由度,末端执行器可在工作空间内实现任意姿态调整,远超传统 6 轴工业机械臂的自由度冗余。

A single bellows can achieve small-angle multi-directional bending + 1 direction of extension, and multiple sections in series can easily achieve 6+ degrees of freedom. The end effector can achieve arbitrary posture adjustment in the workspace, far exceeding the degree of freedom redundancy of traditional 6-axis industrial robotic arms.

模块化设计

Modular Design

单节为独立单元,可根据需求增减节数、调整长度,快速适配不同负载、不同工作空间的需求,维护成本极低。

Each section is an independent unit, which can increase or decrease the number of sections and adjust the length according to requirements, quickly adapting to different loads and different workspace requirements, with extremely low maintenance costs.
